WRONGFUL DEATH CASE RESULTS

• The Hassell Law Group gets $1,750,000 result for the family of a 71-year-old woman hit and killed by an agricultural vehicle.
• The Hassell Law Group gets $722,500 result for parents who’s son was a passenger not seatbelted in a car that was hit by a drunk driver in San Mateo County.  The son died in the accident. The defense claimed that the lack of a seatbelt caused the son’s death, not the accident which they claimed he would have survived if he was seat belted.
• The Hassell Law Group secures $705,000 result in solo vehicle rollover collision/dangerous roadway condition case, despite a police report that was against the client. The client was drinking at the time of the accident and traveling at high speed according to witnesses. The client died in the accident, but left a child behind who survived the accident.
• The Hassell Law Group secures $650,000 result in a wrongful death case involving an elderly woman in her late 80s who had Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease. She died of heat stroke on a very hot day while in the care of a San Mateo County nursing home.
