Adely Sommier is an Associate Attorney at The Hassell Law Group. She brings a unique and diverse international legal background and a commitment to delivering exceptional advocacy for her clients. Adely began working at our firm in 2024 while studying for the bar exam. Fluent in both French and English, Adely draws on her experience practicing law in France and the United States to offer clients a well-rounded, strategic approach to their legal matters.

Before joining The Hassell Law Group, Adely gained extensive legal experience working at respected firms in San Francisco and Paris. She worked on a broad range of legal matters, from complex corporate transactions to litigation preparation, drafting legal agreements, pleadings, motions, conducting in-depth legal research, and managing critical case filings. Her work with notable law firms in both Paris and San Francisco honed her ability to skillfully handle legal matters and advocate effectively for clients.

Adely earned her LL.M. in Litigation & Legal Studies from UC Law San Francisco and was admitted to the California Bar in 2025. She was also admitted to the French Bar in 2022 after completing her legal education at Ecole de Formation du Barreau de Paris. She also holds multiple law degrees from Paris XII University and Versailles Saint-Quentin University, where she focused on business and litigation law.

With a meticulous attention to detail and a client-first mindset, Adely helps guide clients through challenging personal injury matters with skill, compassion, and determination. She is passionate about protecting the rights of those injured through no fault of their own and ensuring they receive the justice and compensation they deserve.

When she’s not practicing law, Adely enjoys engaging with San Francisco’s vibrant cultural scene and maintaining close ties with her international community.
