Roswald earned his law degree (J.D.) from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, in May 2021. He recently passed the California Bar Exam.
Roswald first joined our firm as a summer intern during law school in the summer of 2019. He rejoined the firm in August 2021, following the Bar exam.
Roswald is fluent in Spanish, and regularly uses this skill in our practice. He is also fluent in French.
During law school, Roswald gained valuable experience working in the legal field. In the spring semester of 2021, Roswald was a Judicial Extern for Judge Nathaniel Cousins at the United States District Court for the Northern District of California in San Jose. In the summer of 2020, Roswald served as a Trial Advocacy Fellow for The San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association and gained further experience working on personal injury cases.
While in law school, Roswald was awarded the Justice Raymond L. Sullivan Scholarship and a Dean’s Scholarship. He also won a CALI Excellence Award for his outstanding performance in his law school Negotiations class. He also received a leadership award for his community involvement activities.
Prior to law school, Roswald served for one year as an Assistant Deputy Clerk for California’s 2nd District Court of Appeal in Los Angeles.
Roswald did his undergraduate work at Union College in New York, where he earned dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Political Science and French.
Roswald is a member of The San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association and The Mexican American Bar Association.
In his spare time, Roswald enjoys the outdoors, cooking, and watching French series and films.
